Board Meeting Minutes
April 19, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 by Ron Howard, President. Ron provided the board members with an agenda which we followed. (See Below)

Each board member present introduced themselves. (Ron Howard, Michael Allen, Ruby Allen, Gary Ward, Penny Salter, Fred Forsman, Tom Brannon, Walter Thomas, James Sparks) Two residents were present: Connie Turner & Thelma Taylor
The minutes from the last two meetings were read by Ruby Allen. (03/22/07 & 04/10/07)
Ron Howard gave us of a legal update. He discussed the discrepancy which were the proxies turned in by Mr. Lavigne voting for board members for 2007. The members elected to the board at the first election with the exception of the president are legal members. A new president was elected April 10th. (Ron Howard) Ron stated that in the future it will be the responsibility of the president and the secretary to validate votes.
Treasurers Report – Walter Thomas
229 Lots
As of March 2007, 85% of the yearly assessments have been collected. We currently have 35 delinquencies, 6 of which have been ongoing. All delinquent assessments are charged late fees.
Cash on Hand – There was not financial statement available. Statements are given quarterly. As of now we do have enough cash to operate! The next financial statement will be given in June. Mr. Thomas will bring the March statement to our May meeting.
Old Business
Mr. Brannon purchased new door locks for the club house and volunteered to install them. Resident car stickers have been recommended by the police officers. We will vote at the next meeting of whether or not to pursue car stickers.

A motion was made by Penny Salter and seconded by James Sparks for Tom Brannon to create a website for the neighborhood with a total set-up and start-up cost not to exceed $200.00.

A motion was made that we sell the patrol car for a minimum of $6000.00
